Award winning DesignEdge has over 30 years of experience in developing successful products from technical innovation, 3D CAD modelling, prototype engineering and mechanisms through to simulation and analysis. CAD software is used to create highly detailed 3D product models and generate fully toleranced technical drawings for manufacture and assembly. What We Do

We provide engineering design service and integral electro-mechanical, supporting in-house skills with complex mechanisms, test fixture and jig design. Our designers support both complex and simple mechanisms, integrating mechanical and electronic solutions into functional prototypes and production intent systems. Aided by CAD, testing and analysis the aim is to engineer outstanding results as part of the product development process.

We engaged DesignEdge Cambridge Ltd over the course of three iterations of our in-ear headsets (our Biometric headset, Qualcomm TrueWireless Earbuds and sports wired version of the Qualcomm TrueWireless Earbuds). Our engagement lasted several months and resulted in the production of three form factors for our projects for our internal use during which time DesignEdge provided us with extremely valuable technical guidance, design help and support for our projects. We unveiled the headsets at CES in January 2018 and they have since received positive recognition in the market.
